The first stage is the design of
components on Solid Edge software which allows rapid production of 3D virtual models and high quality precise drawings
and offers a wide range of possibilities.
The second stage involves the processing and selection of tools in CncKad (a user-friendly interface which easy links to Solid Edge as well as the punch presses) for the punching
of fixtures on Finn-Power Shear Genius or Amada.
The third stage is the programming of the Finn-Power Express Bender machine followed by the bending of the fixtures on the Express Bender or the Amada machines.
It
really is simple once you know how.
In the Samples section you will find photos of some samples I've made over the
last 12 years of work in the different companies. The range of products is quite extensive: from components of Gaming Machines
